Today we have a quick infographic that simplifies chords for you! Want to know what to do with a C6/9? Ever been stumped by a Dsus4add9? Now you have the answers! Just start at the top left and answer yes or no until you arrive at a blue block. So for a C6/9, you'll end up at the "Play a Major Chord" block, so play C major! At the bottom of the page we've provided a download link for the pdf version. You can print it off and throw it in your guitar case, music folder, or piano bench for easy reference. We even made sure that it looks good when printed in black and white. If you found this useful, let us know in the comments and share it with your friends! For your ease, we even have tweet and like buttons at the bottom of each blog post.
And don't forget our raffle that's going on! Widget at the bottom, as usual. Today we have a tutorial video on how to play the hook from "Who Am I" by Casting Crowns. It's a fun little lick and I hope you enjoy it! What other songs do you want to learn? Leave your feedback and questions in the comments! Don't forget about the contest going on! You can follow that link or sign up at the bottom of this post. Hello musical friends! We have a quick lesson for you all on adding fills on the piano. There's a short tutorial section, and then a chance to use what you've learned! Give it a try, then let us know how you did in the comments. As always, feel free to ask questions in the comments as well. Remember, we've still got a contest going to win a free Pop Piano for Worship course! Like, tweet, and share for chances to win! |
